Once approved your Myco-Material moulds are produced by our production team and assembled, then labelled with your unique batch number. Your moulds are then packed with inoculated organic waste by our qualified Cultivation Technicians.

In just 7 days the mycelium will begin to create a web like structure through your chosen substrate, taking the form of the mould rapidly. Within 1 week the pieces are pure white with mycelium growth and begin the process of creating aerial mycelium. This creates a smoother more durable surface with a slight sheen as well as strengthening the final product.
Your custom Myco-Materials are then air cured and heat treated to create the inert (non-living products. Laser engraved labelling and surface treatments are then applied if required. Your custom Myco-Materials are then shipped with carbon offset courier services direct to you, local pickup available (Thornbury, Melbourne 3071).
